"AT AT (pl: Przy przy)" is a performance dedicated to the audience aged 1+, people with various sensory sensitivities, including people on the autism spectrum, whose main theme is hugging, tenderness and touch.
We need four hugs a day to survive.
To stay healthy, you need eight hugs a day.
It takes twelve hugs a day to grow.
- Virginia Satir
Hugging - apart from being pleasant for us - has many more benefits than we think. You can see that cuddling is a natural need by observing the behavior of babies. Close contact with their mother's body makes them stop crying almost immediately. Hugging is our superpower and not only for children. It makes us calm down, has a positive effect on our mood, reduces anxiety, relaxes muscles, relieves pain, adds energy and regulates breathing.
"Przy przy" is a performance without words, a story told using the bodies of two actors, art forms, original music, built of unhurried movement structures that will allow the youngest audience to fully experience the theater experience and develop the child's bond with the adult close to him.
