On the last weekend before Christmas, we invite you to a beautiful, stirring story based on the book by Swedish author Anna Höglund "You Can Only Talk About This with Rabbits" (published in Polish by Wydawnictwo ZAKAMARKI).
This is a story about a teenage boy who feels different because of his sensitivity. He is misunderstood, lost, lonely - both in his family and among his peers.
Sharing his reflections, he tries to find an answer to the question of who he really is. He balances between the desire for acceptance and belonging to a group, and the feeling of alienation and the need for distinctiveness. The thirteen-year-old protagonist does not identify with his peers, does not feel a bond with them, according to him, being different excludes him from the group of friends. The boy is not afraid to name difficult emotions, but also shows that they do not have to be final. Having the feeling that everyone is their own worst enemy, over time he discovers that if everything is simultaneously its opposite, then everyone can also be their own best friend.
